I have more than 25 years of experience in the world of Human Resources, have been Manager of HayGroup (now Korn Ferry) and Human Resources VP in service companies.

During the 7 years at HayGroup worked in three different countries and developed projects for clients at international level: North America (IBM, State Farm, Norwest Morgage, Export Development Corporation), Latin-America (Aeromexico, Sol Meliá-Venezuela, Compañía Eléctrica de Colombia) and Asia (Toyota).

In Spain, worked with clients such as Bayer, Axa Seguros, Ofiservice, Caprabo, Barcardi-Martini, Carburos Metálicos, Henkel, Sony, VAESA.

I define myself as HR senior professional with experience in creating and running an HR Department in the Services Sector. My differentiation factors: International experience, worked as VP of HR in 2 companies and as a Consultant in a top firm. Able to work in Spanish and English. Client oriented (top of the edge service and effectiveness).

Currently I have my own business and my mission is to support companies to develop their capacity in the area of people management, to be able to achieve performance improvement and, as a consequence, their results. I work in different fields: HR Development, Leadership Programs, Individual and Group Assessments, Executive and Team Coaching and transition consulting.

Completed external coach intensive, practicum and advanced Coaching Certification – focusing on Columbia University’s Business School and Teachers College approach to executive and organizational coaching.

Over a period of ten months, Columbia Coaching Certification Program (CCCP) navigated a path towards mastery of the Coaching Foundations. I began by developing a solid understanding of four guiding principles found to differentiate highly effective coaches, the High Impact Coaching Process, and intensive practice with nine core coaching competencies. The primary aim of the three component certification process is to help participants chart their path towards an individualized coaching approach. These building blocks provided me and my clients with a solid platform for co-creating the unique paths needed to achieve the results they truly desire.
