The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) aims to provide excellent experts in WOP-P for an increasingly globalized socio-economic context. An International Consortium implements the WOP-P Master.

The WOP-P Master distinguishes between activities emphasizing the “explanatory scientific” approach to human behaviour and contexts, and those emphasizing intervention. Second, the Master adheres to the scientist-practitioner model, integrating science and practice in mutual interaction. Third, new developments in traditional WOP-P topics are combined with emergent ones such as sustainability; Innovation and entrepreneurship; multiculturalism and global thinking; and diversity. Finally, multicultural skills and competencies are specially reinforced. This strategy facilitates a context that is similar to international and multicultural scenarios where future WOP psychologists work.

In addition, the University of Bologna issues a local diploma to WOP-P Master students (“Laurea Magistrale in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology”).
