I am currently managing partner at The Brand Inside, a change agency that was established in 2002. I have been steeped in brands for my entire working life. I worked at Unilever and since then I have been involved in almost every market sector: consumer goods, B2B, corporate, technology, financial, travel, leisure, healthcare (public and private), automotive, charities, media and government. As I was developing marketing and advertising campaigns, I increasingly saw the need to align employees to deliver on promises made to customers.
The Brand Inside is dedicated to helping organisations achieve this alignment with business goals and the brand promise. Much of my work has been international. I have visited and worked in over 60 countries, after graduating from The London College of Communications. Over the past 19 years, The Brand Inside team has handled more than 100 clients. From its original London base, there are now offices in other parts of Europe, the US and Africa.
