I could describe myself as a global  HR leader with deep expertise in driving performance and get out the best of teams. I had experiences working in both start-ups through to multi-national corporations particularly in tech sector. Extensive experiences in HR Strategy, HRBP Development, Change management, Leading large scale change including HR transformation, M&A,  Culture Change, Diversity & inclusion and Talent Acquisition.

During the last years I have a global roles where I have the opportunity to work with people in USA, LATAM,  Europe  and Asia.
