BBVA has modernized its culture to adapt it to the upcoming changes and tendences on people management. After having to adapt all their processes during the pandemic, they experienced the benefits of having a more flexible work model. Now onsite work is not a must, they started a plan of 60% of work in the office, 40% remote work. They also adopted the “hot-desking” trend, and developed an app that enables their employees to book their seat when they decide to go to the office. This measure, and the fact that they settled down more collaborative spaces, motivates office meetings by project mates.
